For domestic express shipping, UPS serves as the designated carrier. Express shipping packages are anticipated to arrive within two business days after the shipping process commences.

For international deliveries, customers have the flexibility to select their preferred shipping method during the checkout process. The options available include USPS, with a delivery window of 7 to 21 business days, as well as UPS or DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 business days. In both cases, packages should reach their destination within 3 to 6 days after being dispatched.

It is important to note that the provided shipping times do not account for the processing time, which typically ranges from 2 to 4 days.

Customers will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Please be aware that Lolas Accessories bears no responsibility for any packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during transit by the courier.

Additionally, international shipping may incur taxes and duties that vary depending on the destination country, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover these charges. Lolas Accessories disclaims any liability for such fees.

Processing: Orders are processed on business days from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Kindly allow for a processing time of 2 to 4 business days following the placement of your order.

Insufficient or Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to Lolas Accessories due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible for covering the cost of the second shipping attempt. In such cases, we will contact the client to provide an invoice for the associated shipping expenses.
